The belted coat secures around the waist with a wide swath of touch fastener to provide a nice amount of adjustability.  Likewise, the collar also secures with touch fastener for a perfect fit. 

Doggie Design understands that dogs of all sizes like to feel warm and look like designer dogs, and they've expanded available sizes to include breeds with chests up to a 30-inch girth.

Coat sizes XS through Large feature a reinforced D-ring attachment that is built into the coat for ease of use. XL and XXL coat only have a leash hole as larger breeds require a more substantial restraint than coat fabric.

The coat features three layers of protection: The woven cotton/poly blend shell, a luxurious black minky plush fur lining and collar detail, and a fiber-filled inner layer for extra warmth.

If you place a large order, it may be fulfilled in multiple shipments.



How long will my order take to deliver?

Your order should take between 7 to 15 business days to arrive at your doorstep.



Will I have to pay any customs fees?

We are confident that there will be no customs fees. However we are not responsible for customs fees or import duties. If any such costs are required, it is the buyers responsibility to pay the balance.



What are my payment options?

What are my delivery options?

We currently only offer one standard shipping option, which is free. All shipments are sent prepaid, so there are no unexpected taxes or fees on delivery.



How secure is your site?

Payments using the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously, all payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud.



Can I amend my order?

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your order. We ship items out usually within 1 working day, so cannot guarantee any changes will be made. It is your responsibility to ensure you check out with the correct items and shipping info.



Where is my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.



How do I track my parcel?

You can track your parcel via the email we sent you. We also have a link to our Order Tracking page on our Home Page.

Once your item has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipment details.

Once received, you view the tracking information three ways: 1-You can click the " View Order" link in the email which will take you to your order. 2-You can log into your account and click on the tracking information, which will take you to the tracking page. Just enter the tracking number in the search box. 


How long does shipping take?

Most orders are typically processed within 24 - 48 hours from receipt of payment Monday - Friday. When you order from our website, you can typically expect to receive your order(s) within 1-4 weeks. *Note: if you order several items, each item might come from a different supplier. So it is possible that you might receive one order one day and another a day or two later.



Can I return or exchange an item?

Absolutely. We offer a 7 day refund time from the date you receive your parcel. Read our Refund Policy page for more info. If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on our website, so we may resolve your issue with the product.



What if I received a faulty item?

If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your parcel) via ‘Contact Us’ on our website.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
